Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

We will indicate if an item is in stock and we will aim to keep this as accurate as possible. However, if we are unable to supply a product we reserve the right to offer a similar product.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and if you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges. Please see the Delivery section below for charges.

Payment can be by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card if you are ordering online. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the internet.

No contract will exist between selstar fireworks.co.uk and the customer until goods are despatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and despatch of the goods.

Delivery

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) within 96 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 4.00pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day.

We only use a secure courier service to deliver goods to UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands
All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.

We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £20 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our carriage and administrative costs.

Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Services, 'Woodcroft', 36 Green Lane, Selsey, Nr Chichester, West Sussex. PO20 0AG, fax us on 01243 601786 or email us at sales@selstarfireworks.co.uk with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use the carrier who delivered the goods.

If considered necessary, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the website.

All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. These are protected, as appropriate, by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may only view, reproduce or print the materials on this website for the purpose of ordering goods from us.

You will be responsible if you breach these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.

We, our directors, employees and other agents shall not be liable for damages of any kind including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of income or profits, loss of or corruption of data, loss of or damage to property or claims of third parties, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control, nor that use of our website will be completely error free or uninterrupted.

We will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for reasons beyond our control.
